Here are the following facts that you have to keep in mind prior placing your orders:

 

• Payment should be made 1 to 3 days after submission of the Order Form, as long as it’s still within ordering week.

 

• Prices of our mugs are fixed unless otherwise changes are announced:

  1. Featured Mugs*:   P250.00

  2. Special Order (not featured):   P350.00

  3. Custom Order (made-for-you):   P550.00

 

*we have Featured Mugs every month because our small starting business cannot, as of the moment, handle production of all our designs. Thus any orders outside our featured products are considered special orders (wherein production incur higher costing).

 

• Shipping Fees* are shouldered by the buyers (Price of Mug + Shipping Fee) via Xend.

  1. Within Metro Manila: P60.00 (for large pack); P80.00 (for extra large pack – for more than 1 item)

  2. Provinces: P100.00 (for large pack); P150.00 (for extra large pack – for more than 1 item)

 

*any changes to shipping fee rates  and couriers will be announced accordingly.

 

• No meet ups.

 

• No return, no exchange policy.

 

• No cancellation of order after sending out Order Form.
